I ship using Priority Mail, insured and with Delivery Confirmation. The price listed is for three numerals, each 4" high, in a panel that measures 11" wide and 9" high. the solid brass legs extend another 7", making a total height of 16". Pushing the legs 3" into the ground will secure the panel from even strong winds. If you want a 4 number sign, there will be an additional $15 charge for the fourth number. A 5 number sign is another $15. I will send you a PayPal invoice for the extra funds.
